The company assumes responsibility for the transfer of your data to third parties and will inform you in advance in writing about those persons to whom your data will be transferred.

You have the right not to agree to the transfer of your data by informing the Company in writing.
You have the right to notify the Company in writing at any time and request the restoration of your data, information on the use of your personal data, as well as request the deletion of your data.
